I work as a private duty nurse. My children are grown and on their own. My husband and I would like to downsize, not so much in square footage of our home, but in the expenses of our lifestyle. We own a 27- foot Macgregor sailboat that we will move with us from our current home in Boston, MA.

The challenges of buying a home long distance are many. I am so glad that I have connected with a realtor in the Hendersonville area. I am nervous about our move.
